As the Design Lead for Gallop, I delegated tasks, hosted design meetings, and handed off design assets to our development team: Se Hyeon Oh, Marina Faria, Laís Alves, and Madhu Nyoupane.
I developed the proposal and logo, designed the UI Kit, and collaborated with fellow designers Pedro Almeida and Ellie Kim to create mockups, wireframes, user flow, and task flows. Since the project involves user-created content, my aim was to craft a minimalistic user interface that places an accessible final product in the hands of users and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The purpose of the usability test is to understand how users interact with Gallop, identify areas of improvement, and ultimately enhance the user experience. We aim to make informed decisions on design alternatives and prioritize items that are most needed for target users. You can check out the full user interview report by clicking here.
A snapshot of detailed findings; Area 1 - Filters
Finding : Too many dropdowns menus on the filter system, which makes it overwhelming for users to navigate and find the options they are looking for.
Recommendation: Reduced the number of dropdown menus that the user has to open and changed them into a checkbox to provide choices to the user in a better way.
